Job Description

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to identify customer needs and provide customized gearbox solutions. The Service Engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing gearbox issues on-site at client locations.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to customers on gearbox-related issues
  • Diagnosing and repairing gearbox issues on-site at client locations
  • Developing customized gearbox solutions based on customer needs
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
  • Preparing technical reports and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of service calls and customer interactions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in gearbox maintenance and repair
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required
