Service Engineer - Oracle Product Lifecycle Management

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for managing the Oracle Product Lifecycle Management module. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH) - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, and customization management and support - Performing API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application components - Delivering post-production support/hypercare service - Creating custom reports using Oracle tools - Performing Root cause analysis on recurring issues - Executing Agile data migration processes - Conducting quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing - Analyzing and prioritizing support requests involving Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations and customizations issues - Performing initial assessment and customization component failures - Coordinating post-production support/Hypercare requests - Triaging issues related to custom reports using Oracle tools - Managing incidents tickets for Agile data migration challenges - Tracking and prioritizing quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing requests Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles - Proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations - Knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies (patch testing) - Experience with custom reports development using Oracle tools - Background in Agile data migration techniques - Ability to validate and test system configuration and patches - Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills - Strong communication abilities with both technical and business stakeholders Please note that the company's additional details were not provided in the job description.,
