Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance

Install, configure, and test Fiber Laser, Laser Engraver & Cutting machines at client sites.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and reliable machine performance.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.

Technical Support

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Resolve breakdowns and service requests within defined timelines.
Assist customers with daily operation procedures and basic troubleshooting.

Customer Handling

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Ensure clear communication regarding service activities and recommendations.
Train operators on machine usage, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain service reports, job cards, and maintenance logs.
Update service software/CRM after every service visit.
Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to the technical team.

Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of Fiber Laser, Laser Engraver & Cutting machines technology.
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
Familiarity with calibration, color management, and print quality settings.
Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.

Education & Experience

Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical or related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in servicing Fiber Laser, Laser Engraver & Cutting machines.
Experience in major Fiber Laser, Laser Engraver & Cutting machine brands is an added advantage.

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel for service tasks.
Valid driving license preferred.
Strong problem-solving attitude and commitment to service quality.
