Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical, Diploma in Electronics and Electrical.

Shift and schedule: Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and service photocopiers, printers, and other electronic office equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and technical issues.
• Attend customer calls and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate service records and submit daily reports.
• Provide product training and technical support to customers.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
