Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Installation & Service:

Provide
onsite installation, configuration, and servicing
of surveillance and office automation products listed above.

Troubleshooting & Support:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues at client sites.
Offer timely support for installed systems to ensure minimal downtime.

Customer Interaction:

Coordinate with clients to understand service requirements and provide technical solutions.
Maintain professional behaviour and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain service records, installation reports, and customer feedback.
Report service issues or suggestions for product improvement to the management team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the internal support and project teams to ensure seamless service execution.
