Service Engineer (Instrumentation)

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and servicing of a wide range of instrumentation and control systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact with clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and commission instrumentation equipment at client sites.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with instruments and control systems.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on product usage.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the internal team for spare parts and technical upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service protocols.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in service/maintenance of instrumentation (freshers with good knowledge may also apply).
• Knowledge of calibration techniques, PLC/DCS systems, sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
