Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom, CCTV, and office automation equipment. You will provide technical support at client locations and ensure smooth functioning of all installed systems.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure telecom, CCTV, and automation devices
Perform routine maintenance and service visits at client sites
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Maintain service records and provide timely reports
Coordinate with internal teams for escalated support
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional service

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics & Communication
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in field service or technical support
Location:
Candidate must be based in Hyderabad
Hands-on experience in installation and maintenance preferred
Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions
