Service Engineer

As an Application & Service Engineer at E+H Liquid Analysis India, your role is to provide solutions for Sales Centers/customers in product, application, service related concerns, questions, and tasks. Your primary goal is to ensure and improve Sales Center/customer support & satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the main contact person for the Sales Centers in the region for After-Sales (technical and products questions) and Pre-Sales (application consultancy and product selection) tasks for Liquid Analysis. - Utilize established tools, processes, and IT infrastructure such as SFDC, SAP. - Establish and manage the technical environment, tools, and infrastructure at E+H LA Division Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. - Collaborate on Complaint Management with the service and quality teams of E+H LA in Germany. - Provide training for Service personnel of Sales Centers and customers, serving as a technical/product Trainer for Sales people. - Conduct field work and customer visits for application consulting, product tests, and troubleshooting. - Serve as the contact person for customer visits in-house and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs). - Develop and manage a regionalized information environment, for example, in Sharepoint. - Represent the company at exhibitions in the region. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical / electronics / environmental engineering / instrument / automation or related professional field. - Experience in the process or environmental industry with a customer-oriented service mindset. - Strong technical skills and a keen interest in Liquid Analysis. - Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills with international working experience. - Self-motivated, independent, and reliable working style. - Fluent in English. - Willingness to travel internationally. - 4 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
