Service Engineer- Analytical Instruments

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Service Engineer who is technically sound, hands-on and ready to take ownership of their role. You will be involved in calibration, installation, troubleshooting and technical support for our instruments at client sites in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Calibration of field instruments such as NVPC, LPC, GIT, FIT, etc.Installation, attending breakdown calls and providing on-site technical support.Supporting senior engineers in project execution.Travelling across client sites.

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical, ECE or Control & Instrumentation.

Experience: 1-5 Years

Skills & Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge of analytical instruments.Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing guidelines & regulations.Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.Ability to work independently and meet technical KPIs within set timelines.

Key Performance Indicators:

Independent NVPC calibrations within 3 months.Independent VPC calibrations within 3 months.Working principle knowledge of all company instruments within 3 months.

Working Conditions:

Travel via bus, train or bike (within 100km) with calibration kit.Occassional late-night or holiday work based on urgency.
