Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Service Engineer role located in Vijayawada. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing on-field service, performing maintenance and repair work, and offering technical support. Additional responsibilities include timely resolution of customer concerns, installation of medical diagnostic equipment, and ensuring optimal performance to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience with Field Service and Maintenance & Repair of equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of medical diagnostic equipment and healthcare technologies is advantageous.
• A degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and work collaboratively in a team setting.
