Service Engg - Electrical

As a Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be attending preventive maintenance and breakdown calls for boilers and heaters. You will be required to write reports in English and effectively communicate with the client's top management. Additionally, you will need to provide energy-saving solutions and explain testing reports to customers. It is important to coordinate with Thermax to address any performance issues and ensure regular management information system (MIS) updates. You will be in charge of managing the planning of service visits on a monthly basis to ensure the smooth functioning of industrial equipment. This is a full-time position located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, requiring a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of total work experience, specifically in industrial equipment.
