Job Description

IT Support Technician (Level 1)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals
  • Log and update service requests in the ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with IT hardware and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
