4+ Years of Application support experience, having thorough knowledge on ITIL/ITSM process Excellent knowledge on Active directory and Administration Should have Experience in IAM(Identity Management) & O365 Should be able to handle and trouble shoot User and role management and other support tasks for internal and external applications Troubleshoot issues access management Should be able to do on boarding and off boarding of users Should be able to handle mailbox access Handle Security Groups (Create/Modify/Delete) Should be thorough in Security policies around access managemen Knowledge on O365 is desirable Excellent communication skills and support orientation
