Summary

Role description

We are looking for a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst to provide basic technical support to users. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues related to hardware, software, and network problems. Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, chat, or remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues (Windows, MS Office, printers, network, etc.).
  • Log all support activities in a ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude with users.
  • Stay updated on IT policies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ year of experience in IT support or customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, software, and basic hardware.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
