Experience with relevant software and hardware, such as Windows and common office applications, is required. Analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions, along with proficiency in documenting issues, solutions, and procedures, are also essential. Being adaptable to changing technologies and processes is a key attribute. Candidates should have at least 1.5 years of experience working with Remote Support Tools, ITSM Ticketing Tools, and Corporate Technology.
