Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Atkins Global. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
