Job Description Control target achievements for local Advanced Purchasing and support the team with problem-solving and escalations Drive and support the product development phase, including supplier involvement, APQP/PPAP status monitoring, and material needs assessment Lead the sourcing process for supplier selection, including request for quotation and adherence to supplier and material strategies Develop BA material strategy and lead localisation initiatives Translate product/technology roadmap into component/technology roadmap and conduct strategy reviews Drive Cost Reduction Programs (CRP) for BA's products after SOP, including re-design to cost initiatives Manage commercial responsibility for material costs, including BOM calculation and control during acquisition phase Develop cost-efficient design concepts with R&D to enable customer award and meet BOM cost before SOP Initiate and support redesign-to-cost (ReDTC) or cost reduction programs for BA products after SOP Evaluate cost optimisation ideas with Engineering and track implementation of material-related ReDTC measures Qualifications Engineering Graduate - Electronics / Mechanical with 10~15 yrs. Company Description Job Description An IT DevOps Engineer is an IT generalist and partly specialist who should have a wide-ranging knowledge of both development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevOps toolchains. You will collaborate with development teams to design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines based on Artifactory that enable the rapid and reliable delivery of software applications and infra platforms with high quality and in a secure way. Make sure understand customer needs, processes and value. Customer and DevOps needs to collaborate to design solutions and reach the same target (value of co-creation). Qualifications Strong knowledge of software development practices, including version control, build systems, and automated testing especially in the area of CI/CD and Artifactory Experience in ITSM tools like BMC for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management Proficiency in scripting and/ or coding languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell etc. Experience with configuration management tools and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) concepts. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging software applications, infrastructure components, and deployment processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong documentation skills to create clear and concise technical documentation. Information & Cybersecurity Operations, Tools and Applications and how they fit into the DevOps cycle.
