Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, solutions provided, and known issues. Service Improvement: Contribute to improving processes and procedures within the Service Desk. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Problem-Solving: Effective troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Coverage Should be ready to work in 24/7 environment.
