Service Delivery Project Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and plan timelines for network expansion projects.
2. Manage and support operations related to the

   Air Fiber OC Desk

   , ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution.
3. Act as a single point of coordination between network, business, construction, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
4. Clearly communicate project scope, requirements, and expectations to all involved teams.
5. Monitor ongoing projects regularly, identify risks or jeopardy cases early, and take corrective actions to avoid delays or quality issues.
6. Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects in line with contractual commitments, agreed scope, and timelines.
7. Oversee project execution, including activity tracking, risk management, and resource planning throughout the project lifecycle.
