Service Delivery & Product Solutions Lead

As a professional services leader, your role will involve leading and expanding the Professional Services business from the ground up. You will be responsible for hands-on delivery, client engagement, and internal operations, transitioning from an individual contributor to overseeing complete service functions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing and developing the professional services P&L from the initial stages - Developing standardized delivery playbooks and service models for efficient operations - Monitoring utilization rates, margins, and client success metrics to drive business growth - Leading client interactions for scoping, proposal development, and negotiation of Statements of Work (SoW) - Gaining in-depth understanding of client workflows to customize delivery plans effectively - Taking ownership of project timelines, financial aspects, and delivery commitments throughout the process - Recruiting and managing a top-tier services team - Providing mentorship to individual contributors (ICs) and creating specialized teams based on verticals or geographies - Forecasting resource requirements based on the sales pipeline to ensure adequate support - Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and support teams for seamless project execution - Translating client needs into actionable internal tasks with precision - Driving decision-making regarding custom and standard product development priorities Qualifications required for this role include: - Possessing a minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or implementation roles - Starting your career as an individual contributor and progressing into leadership positions - Having previous experience in a technology services company, agency, or as a registered partner of Workday, Salesforce, or ERP systems - Demonstrating strong client-facing capabilities with the skill to manage and close complex deals - Having a hands-on operational approach capable of leading and executing tasks - Prior exposure to IT services environments - Familiarity with cross-border services delivery between India and the US - Understanding enterprise software solutions such as Workday, Salesforce, SAP, among others,
