The Resource Manager at NiCE plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources. By planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices, you will contribute to the overall success of the CXone professional services team. As the go-to person for all resource requirements, you will work closely with PS Directors, Client Services Managers, Project Managers, professional services engineers, Project leads, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient scheduling and assignment of resources to bid efforts.
