What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsThe Learning Experience Design and Development Associate develops training content based on detailed design specifications, using prescribed templates and guidelines.Talent Development processEnsure successful delivery of learning solutions and review their effectiveness and applicability.

What are we looking for? Written and verbal communicationEducationGraduate in any discipline - prefer degree in Instructional Design, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience.Work ExperiencePrefer content writing or practical industry experience.Minimum 1-2 yrs. working experience preferably in the learning industryCritical ThinkingProblem ManagementRequiredoStrong content writing skills oGood communication skills (verbal and written) oAttention to detail to ensure qualityoKnowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint)PreferredExposure to at least one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate suite, Claroflow etc.

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments The decisions that you make would impact your own work You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsDevelop storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools.Write or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.Develop virtual trainings using authoring tools such as Articulate, Claroflow etc.Review your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the detailed design prior to sending to supervisor for review.Collaborate with peers and other teams such as Graphics team, Tech teams. via professional communication channels to build relationships. Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, raise content discrepancy issues to supervisor as needed.Report status to Instructional Design Leads daily Receive and action feedback related to deliverables and own performance.
