Job Description

As the leader of end-to-end service delivery for Record to Report processes, your role will involve ensuring high-quality standards and overseeing Finance Order to Cash and Finance Fixed Assets processes to guarantee seamless operations. Providing strategic direction and support for CE-Project Management initiatives will be a key responsibility. You will also need to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies while monitoring and managing service level agreements (SLAs) to exceed client expectations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies will be crucial, along with developing and implementing best practices for financial reporting and accounting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end service delivery for Record to Report processes - Oversee Finance Order to Cash and Finance Fixed Assets processes - Provide strategic direction and support for CE-Project Management initiatives - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies - Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements - Develop and implement best practices for financial reporting and accounting Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in Finance Order to Cash and Finance Fixed Assets - Strong background in CE-Project Management - In-depth knowledge of Finance & Accounting and Record to Report-Accounting - Excellent communication skills in English (Read, Write, Speak) - Ability to work night shifts and be office-based - Proven track record of managing service delivery - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Strong leadership and team management skills - Proactive and able to drive initiatives independently - Understanding of financial regulations and compliance - Commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving client satisfaction Certifications Required: - Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred,
