Service Delivery Leader - FP&A

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Monitor financial metrics, track KPIs, and communicate results to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations

2. Develop and maintain forecasts, updating projections, based on inputs from LOBs and leadership team

3. Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports highlighting financial and operational performance.

4. Analyze trends, variances, and key performance drivers to provide actionable recommendations.

5. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of budget submissions and forecasts

6. Build strong relationships across LOBs to facilitate information sharing, collaboration and manage stakeholders expectations.

7. Lead reporting of financial results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis by managing complex consolidated financials, multiple business units and interacting with other departments

8. Lead a successful annual budgeting process by managing complex consolidated financials, multiple business units and interacting with other departments

9. Utilize internal tools to implement automation initiatives that advance business objectives by enhancing operational efficiency and delivering measurable value, thereby increasing overall customer satisfaction.

10. Monitor and deliver on agreed service level metrics.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education:

• MBA with accounting background and specialization in finance is required.
• Candidate from financial service or insurance industry will be preferred.

Experience:

• 12-14 years of experience (8-9 years in FP&A & Management Reporting)
• Demonstrated experience in leading/managing projects (Transformation Projects)
• Consulting experience a plus

Knowledge and skills :

(general and technical)

• Relevant systems knowledge (MS Excel, Outlook, Planning tools, such as: Oracle Cloud, Hyperion Planning-HFM)
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
