Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service information, updates, or assistance. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and professionally. Track, document, and manage service requests in the system; escalate unresolved issues as required. Schedule and assign service calls or tasks to the appropriate technicians or service teams. Monitor the progress of ongoing service activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Field Teams, and Management) to streamline workflows. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, schedules, and customer interactions. Prepare and submit regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on service status, customer feedback, and team performance. Coordinate with external vendors and service partners to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with company standards. Identify, analyze, and proactively resolve service-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct follow-ups with customers post-service to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, turnaround time, and service quality. Preferred candidate profile : Candidates with any Degree can come for the walk - In.
