Service Coordinator

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team , a leading engineering company based in Bhosari, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a background in mechanical engineering (B.E. or Diploma) with over a year of experience in coordinating service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure the timely execution of service requests.
• Schedule and monitor service appointments, ensuring the smooth functioning of service operations.
• Provide technical assistance and support to customers and field engineers.
• Manage service-related documentation including work orders, service reports, and invoices.
• Liaise with the clients for updates and follow-up on the progress of service requests.
• Ensure effective communication between clients, engineers, and the service department.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking parts and materials required for service jobs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and resolving service issues.
• Prepare and maintain service-related records, including reports and feedback forms.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Service Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the engineering industry.
• B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of service management software.
• Ability to handle technical queries and offer solutions to clients.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
