Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:   ·        Serve as the main point of contact for customers seeking service information, updates, or assistance. ·        Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service related issues promptly and professionally, ·        Track service requests and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution. ·        Schedule and assign service calls or tasks to appropriate technicians or service teams. ·        Monitor the progress of service tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. ·        Collaborate with various departments (ex, operations, field teams, and management) to streamline workflows. ·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service requests, schedules, and customer interactions. ·        Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports on service status, customer feedback, and team performance. ·        Coordinate with external vendors or service providers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of third-party services. ·        Ensure vendors adhere to company standards and timelines. ·        Identify and resolve service related issues in a proactive manner. ·        Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. ·        Recommend and implement improvements to processes, tools, and procedures to increase efficiency and service quality.
