INDIA Pls visit our URL :- www.thakral-india.co.in JD for Service co-ordinator Should allocate calls to engineers and follow-up with them till closure of call. Closing calls in Synergy as well. Updating client over mail on status of the calls and installations. Coordinate with vendors and scheduling the installations. Ensure that all the PMs are assigned to engineers and done by engineers in time. Daily tracking of complaint calls, PM calls and installations. Collection of reports & evaluation of engineers productivity thru Synergy Conducting weekly review meeting with engineers on the progress of calls/installations along with CSM Following up on return of defective material by engineers Monitoring and taking steps to regularize unbilled supplies Preparing PM call status & circulating reports to CSM. Requirement 1-6 years experience with good communication and inter-personal skills. Computer Knowledge: Should have excellent knowledge/command over Microsoft Excel
