Job Description

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing service operations, facilitating communication between clients and service teams, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services to achieve high customer satisfaction levels. Your dedication to efficiency and client needs will be essential in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule service appointments based on client requirements and staff availability. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling service inquiries and providing updates. - Maintain accurate records of service requests, client interactions, and service outcomes. - Address and escalate client complaints or queries as needed. - Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful service completion. - Prepare and share service activity reports. - Collaborate with service teams to streamline service delivery processes. - Assist in the development and implementation of service procedures and policies as necessary. Essential Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in multitasking and performing well under pressure. - Familiarity with scheduling tools and office software. - Attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Education and Experience Requirements: - Typically, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. - An associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in service coordination or an administrative/customer service role is beneficial. - Knowledge of industry-specific software and best practices is advantageous. Skills for Success: - Organizational skills: Efficiently managing records, schedules, and client communications. - Communication and listening: Understanding and addressing client needs clearly. - Problem-solving: Resolving client issues and managing unexpected service delivery challenges. In this role, you will be engaged in full-time, permanent, fresher, internship, or contractual/temporary job types with a contract length of 12 months.
