You will conduct site visits alongside the technician team to understand customer requirements and provide technical clarity. It is essential to maintain detailed records of service schedules, installation reports, and customer feedback. Effective communication skills in English and Tamil, both verbal and written, are necessary to ensure seamless communication between clients, technicians, and the service management team. As a Service Coordinator, you will address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
