Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule
field service visits
for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Act as the primary contact between dealers, customers, and service technicians.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to blinds and automation systems.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
Provide
technical guidance
to field technicians.
Collaborate with sales/project teams for smooth handover and execution.
Monitor and manage service tools and spare part inventory.

Skills & Competencies

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electrical or Electronics.
Mandatory:
Prior field service experience.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Ability to read technical drawings/wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of MS Office and service management tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
