Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate activities within our Engine Service Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in engine systems and experience in overseeing service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all engine services efficiently.
  • Coordinate with service engineers, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Prepare and process service invoices and maintain accurate service and billing records.
  • Ensure the progress of engine service for timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to the service department as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in technical and related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in engine or heavy equipment service coordination.
  • Experience in excel and billing or service management software.
  • Good understanding of engine systems, maintenance procedures, and service operations.
