As a Service Coordinator at Asian Paints Ess Ess Bath Division Unit, your role is crucial in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scores by closely collaborating with the Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer complaints efficiently and ensuring timely resolution. - Providing guidance to Technicians for addressing non-solvable complaints independently. - Conducting random site visits with Technicians to gain insights into their work processes. - Ensuring the quality of complaint closure meets the set standards. - Being prepared for extensive travel, spanning 16-20 days in a month. - Managing a team of Technicians effectively. - Conducting market visits, dealer visits, and consumer site visits. - Organizing Plumber Meets to educate on the functionality and technical aspects of new and existing products, collecting feedback, and understanding plumbers' requirements. - Arranging Shop Meets in various towns as requested by the sales team. - Overseeing product panel displays at distribution, dealer, and sub-dealers counters, as well as showrooms, and ensuring Technicians complete this within the set SLA. - Providing training to newly inducted Sales Officers. - Accompanying Sales Officers in business meetings when necessary. - Being open to taking on any additional responsibilities within the unit. - Being flexible for job transfers between divisions as per the company's requirements.
