Role Overview: The Service Configuration Management Compliance Lead role aims to support the organization's Service Configuration Management (SCM) capability by coordinating risk management and audit-related activities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that SCM practices comply with internal standards, controls, and external audit requirements. This role presents an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits involving the SACM team. Coordinate audit preparation activities, evidence collection, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely and accurate responses. - Collaborate to identify, assess, and document risks associated with SCM. Work with the Service Governance Delivery Manager to ensure controls align with the organization's risk framework. Contribute to the preparation of control reports and provide clear, supportive commentary for presentation at the monthly Controls Governance Board. - Support the tracking and coordination of remediation efforts for audit findings and risk mitigation actions, assisting in ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SCM. Qualification Required: - Knowledge of SCM, CMDB, and ITIL Practices. - Experience with risk management, IT audits, and compliance frameworks. - Demonstrable ability to handle cross-functional engagements and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical partners. - Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills. - ITIL 3 or 4 Foundation qualification. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field. - Experience with ITSM tools, including ServiceNow. - Demonstrable understanding of IT infrastructure and technology.
