Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1) Service Operation Management

2) Inventory Management at main and all the Service Center across

3) Quality and compliance management

4) Team Leadership and Supervision

5) Customer and Stakeholder management

6) Internal Coordination across all the related departments

7) Performance monitoring and reporting

8) Cost Control and Process Improvement

9) Service Center Administration

10) Knowledge in PCBA, Chip level repairing of Electronic Manufacturing will be highly appreciated

Preferred candidate profile

1) Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering field

2) 6-10 years of experience in after-sales service / service operations

3) Minimum 34 years in a supervisory or managerial role

4) Strong understanding of electronic components, PCBs, power supplies, and system-level repairs

5) Knowledge of warranty handling, RMA process, and service SOPs

6) Proven ability to lead and manage service engineers and technicians
7) Ability to handle conflicts, discipline, and performance issues
