Your Role: - You should have an ITIL Background, understanding ITIL, ITSM, the transformation of ITIL from ITIL V2 to ITIL V3 and ITIL V4. Preferably ITIL V4 certified. - Responsible for maintaining the service catalog, ensuring it is a single source of truth for all IT services - Catalog Maintenance. - Ensure that all information within the service catalog is accurate, complete, and published in a timely manner - Data Accuracy and timeliness. - Manage the different views of the catalog to provide the correct information to the appropriate users - User Access and Views. - Ensure that the information in the service catalog is consistent with the broader service portfolio and the service pipeline - Consistency with Service Portfolio. Your Profile: - 6 to 9 years of experience in Service Catalogue management.
