Role Summary

A Service Captain is responsible for supervising service staff, ensuring smooth food service operations, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with kitchen and event teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service staff during events and operations
• Ensure timely and efficient food service to guests
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams
• Handle guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee table arrangements, buffet counters, and service flow
• Manage staff allocation and duty schedules
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality, or F&B service
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage staff and handle pressure
• Well-groomed and professional behaviour

Salary (After Interview)

Salary will be fixed based on:

• Experience level
• Communication & leadership skills
• Previous hospitality/catering background
• Performance in interview & skill test
