Service Captain – The Burgery In

We are looking for a dynamic Service Captain to lead our front-of-house team at The Burgery In. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth service, training staff, and delivering the best guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide service staff during shifts.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely and accurate service.
• Assist in staff training, grooming, and scheduling.
• Maintain hygiene and service standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory/service captain role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
