Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, online research, and databases.

Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements and potential interest in the company's products or services.

2. Customer Outreach:

Initiate and manage calls with potential customers to present company offerings, answer queries, and build rapport.

Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the Service funnel.

3. Service Coordination:

Collaborate with the Service team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Provide relevant customer insights and feedback to the Service team for effective follow-ups.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system or designated tools.
Prepare and present periodic reports on lead generation, call statistics, and Service coordination activities.

5. Administrative Tasks:

Prepare and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of lead databases.

6. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends and the company's products/services.
Actively participate in training sessions and contribute to improving team processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
