We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Boy to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a smooth operation within our establishment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic, contributing positively to the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Job Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Assisting in basic food preparation in the kitchen
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet
• Serving food to customers (if required)
• Handling billing using POS machines
• Coordinating with the team to meet shift targets

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
