Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the service team in coordinating customer service requests
• Maintain service records, documentation, and reports
• Follow up with clients for service feedback and scheduling
• Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for service dispatch
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of service data
• Support daily administrative tasks related to service operations

Requirements

• Graduate in

  B.Com

  or

  BBA

  (Freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
