Job Description

Answering phones, responding to emails, assisting walk-in customers, and addressing inquiries about products or services. Problem resolution: Handling customer complaints, processing returns or exchanges, and troubleshooting issues. Administrative duties: Scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate customer records and databases, and managing payments. Operational support: Assisting with in-store tasks like operating a checkout, managing click-and-collect orders, or arranging displays. Team collaboration: Working with other departments to resolve customer issues and providing feedback to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per year
