Service and Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales and Service Engineer with a background in Metallurgy to support the sales, installation, maintenance, and servicing of metallurgical equipment, products, and testing solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell metallurgical products (e.g., testing machines, furnaces, analyzers, consumables) to industrial, academic, and R&D clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to clients.
• Respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotations), prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and stay updated with industry trends.

Service Responsibilities:

• Install and commission metallurgical equipment at client sites.
• Provide technical support, maintenance, and repair services for installed systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Train client personnel on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain service logs and report on equipment performance and client feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Chiller / Boiler / Compressor/ Industrial Capital equipment: 4 years (Preferred)
• Sales and Service Engineer: 4 years (Required)
