Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plant Operations: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of crushing and screening plants.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of crushers, screens, conveyors, and other related equipment.
Production Optimization: Monitor production processes, troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues, and optimize crusher performance.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians.
Coordination: Coordinate with other departments (such as maintenance, logistics, and quality control) to achieve production targets.
Reporting: Report production data, equipment status, and any issues to higher management.

2. Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of crusher plant operations, maintenance and equipment.
Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
Problem-Solving: Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical/Electrical issues.
