Job Description

You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers at SS Hyundai Pathanamthitta as a Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor. Whether you are a fresher or have previous experience, you can apply for this position. Freshers with a background in Automobile engineering or Diploma are encouraged to apply. The position offers an attractive salary and incentive structure. As a Service Advisor at SS Hyundai, your primary responsibilities will include interacting with customers, understanding their needs, recommending services and repairs, scheduling appointments, coordinating with technicians for accurate diagnostics and repairs, maintaining customer records, estimating costs, and communicating with customers regarding service updates and vehicle pick-up.
