Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation:
Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and provide accurate diagnostic summaries.
Estimation & Upselling:
Prepare detailed job cards and cost estimates. Educate customers on value-added services and preventive maintenance.
Workflow Coordination:
Liaise with the Workshop Manager and Technicians to ensure on-time delivery of vehicles.
Quality Assurance:
Perform final inspections of vehicles post-service to ensure all customer complaints are resolved.
Relationship Management:
Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores by ensuring transparent communication throughout the repair process.

What We Are Looking For

Education:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred (or relevant experience).
Experience:
Proven track record as a Service Advisor in a reputed 4-wheeler dealership.
Skills:
* Strong knowledge of passenger car mechanics and diagnostic tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) – knowledge of Tata Motors' systems is a huge plus.
Attitude:
A problem-solver who can handle high-pressure situations with a smile.
