Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive repair and possess strong mechanical knowledge. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our auto service department.

Duties

Interact with customers to determine vehicle issues and maintenance needs
Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and services based on assessments
Schedule service appointments and communicate timelines to customers
Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure clear communication
Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

Experience in automotive repair, vehicle maintenance, or auto service management
Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain technical issues to customers
Familiarity with air brake systems, tire services, and wheel alignments is a plus
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
