Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess their service needs to provide them with recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Take detailed notes of customer concerns and requests to relay to the service technicians.
Prepare and present accurate estimates for recommended services and repairs, ensuring transparency in pricing.
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle s service progress.
Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process, updating them on the status of their vehicle.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, aiming for efficient resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
Utilize dealership management software to track service history and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on the latest vehicle technologies, service techniques, and dealership promotions.
