Job Description

  • Customer interaction: Act as the main point of contact, greeting customers, understanding their vehicle's problems, and explaining necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Work order management: Create detailed service orders, provide accurate cost and time estimates, and obtain customer approval for all work.
  • Technical coordination: Communicate customer needs to technicians and ensure they have the correct information for repairs.
  • Customer service: Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle, answer their questions, and handle any complaints professionally.
  • Sales and promotion: Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and parts to customers.
  • Administration: Schedule appointments, process invoices, and maintain thorough records of service activities.
