Responsibilities:*
* Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
* Prepare job cards and explain service estimates, timelines, and processes.
* Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery.
* Update customers on service progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints effectively.
* Maintain service records and follow up for periodic maintenance reminders.
*Requirements:*
* Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
a *Service Advisor* in automobile dealership or workshop.
* Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
* Knowledge of vehicle systems and service processes.
